Clear Path Coverage, LLC is a licensed and certified representative of Medicare Advantage [HMO, PPO and PFFS] organizations [and stand-alone PDP prescription drug plans]. Each of the organizations we represent has a Medicare contract. Enrollment in the plan depends on the plan’s contract renewal with Medicare.

Enrollment in a plan may be limited to certain times of the year unless you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period or are in your Medicare Initial Enrollment Period. Not all plans offer all of these benefits. Benefits may vary by carrier and location. Limitations and exclusions may apply. Enrollees must continue to pay their Medicare Part B Premium. Deductibles, copay, and coinsurance may apply.

Medicare evaluates plans based on a 5-star rating system.
